Car Rental offers vehicle renting in your vicinity. This system is web-base which is write in PHP and MYSQL. Continuously, consists of two main component user side and admin.
(1) Reservation Policy
Upon reservation you must comply with the following requirements below:
- Renter must be 21 yrs old and above.
- Must have professional driver's licence.
- Must have 2 government issued ID's.
Reservation must be done one week before vehicle usage. The Car Rental owner will confirm the reservation once the owner confirm the reservation the renter must pay 40% of the total bill to complete the transaction. The payment must be done within 2 days if failure to do so will automatically cancel the reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed the renter must come on the pick-up date failed to do so, there will be a 400 pesos penalty for absence.
(2) Payment Policy
Payment for reservation can be placed using money transfer/remittance to the account that provided by the owner.
(3) Return Policy
The renter must return the vehicle good condition, the fuel of the vehicle must have the same level of fuel from the pick-up date. If the vehicle will have a damage upon return the customer will be charge depending on the owner. If the vehicle is return late the renter will be penaliz of 500 php.
(4) Destination
The vehicle can be use within and outside the vicinity of the city except from critical areas.
(5) Promotions
EZRent offers promotions. In order to avail and be update about promotions, user must subscribe to EZRent.
